摘要:

以汽车连杆的开发实例，简要阐述了对TC4采用不同锻造工艺的特点，并采用TC4钛合金的α-β预制坯和β终锻的复合工艺在1600T曲柄压力机上实现汽车连杆的精密锻造。

Abstract:

The characteristics of two different forging methods for fabricating conneting rod are presented. By using the forging methods, automobile rods were successfully forged on 1600T mechanical press machine.
