钛合金中铝元素看谱分析方法研究

Investigation on Spectroscopic Analysis of Aluminium in Ti-based Alloy

摘要:

研究了钛合金中铝元素的看谱分析方法。使用光栅看谱镜和棱镜看谱镜研究了钛合金中铝元素看谱分析用可见光谱线特征及铝元素可见光谱线的激发方式，采用计算机模拟了铝、氮和钛元素的可见光谱图，进行了钛合金牌号鉴别应用研究。结果可用于钛合金中铝元素的定性分析、半定量分析和材料牌号的鉴别。

Abstract:

Characteristic of visible light spectrum was studied on aluminium in Ti-based alloy by contrastive spectroscopic analysis with grating spectroscope and prism spectroscope. Simulated spectrum was contrasted to color spectrum shot with spectroscope. The method examinating aluminium in Ti-based alloy was developed. The results can meet the requirements about quanlity and semi-quantity analysis of aluminium in Ti-based alloy.
