共沉淀法制备Bi系超导体原始粉末的热力学分析

Thermodynamic Analysis of Coprecipitation Route to Synthesize Bi-Based Superconductor Precursor Powder

摘要:

按照热力学原理，分析了草酸盐共沉淀法制备Ｂｉ－Ｐｂ－Ｓｒ－Ｃａ－Ｃｕ－Ｏ系超导体原始粉末必须优先考虑的两个问题：沉淀方式和沉淀介质。并用实验作了验证。结果表明，反序滴定方式和低表面张力及低粘度的介质有利于维持沉淀产物中成分的均匀性。

Abstract:

Two issues in coprecipitation route to synthesize Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O Superconductor precursor powder,coprecipitation mode and coprecipitation medium, which are a first priority, are analysized based on thermodynamicprinciples. Experimental demonstration is also carried out. The results show that the opposite-sequence-titration mode,low surface-tension and viscosity medium help to maintain excellent compositional homogeneity and stoichiometry incoprecipitation product.
