    摘要:

    比较系统地分析了粉末注射成形(PIM)中所涉及到的流变学概念和原理。推导了PIM中有重要应用价值的牛顿流体、幂律流体、宾汉流体的蠕变规律,以及在柱形模腔中流体前沿的速度分布,最后讨论了在Si3N4注射成形体系中有关流变学概念和原理的应用情况。

    Abstract:

    he systematical analyses on the rheological concepts and principles concerning the powder injection molding (PIM) process are carried out. The creeping regularities and the flowing rate distributions at the flow front in the cylinder cavity on the Newton flow, Power-law flow and Bingham flow, which are of great importance in PIM, are derived. Finaly, the rheological analysis in St3N4-binder injection molding system is discussed as an example of rheological principles and their application.
