摘要:

研究了粉末装载量和烧结温度对ＭＩＭ钨基高密度合金力学性能的影响，并将ＭＩＭ工艺与传统压制／烧结工艺进行了比较，实验结果表明，采用装载量为４７％（体积分数）的喂料，在１５３０℃烧结２ｈ得到的９７Ｗ－２Ｎｉ－１Ｆｅ高密度合金具有优良的力学性能的达到的性能为σｂ＝９３６ＭＰａ，σ０．２＝６４９ＭＰａ，δ＝１１．４％，ＨＲＣ＝３１，优于传统压制／烧结工艺制得的合金。

Abstract:

The effects of powder loading and sintering temperature on the mechanical properties of a metal injection molded (MIM) tungsten heavy alloy are studied. The properties of MIM products are compared with those of traditional pressed/sintered products with the same compositions. The following optimal properties have been attained for the 97W 2Ni 1Fe alloy made by the MIM process with a powder loading of 47vol% and sintered at 1 530 for 2 hrs: b=936 MPa,02=649 MPa,=114%,HRC=31 They are much better than those of pressed/sintered alloy.
