预测多元中碳合金钢等温相图的一种新思路

A New Method of Predicting TimeTemperatureTransformation Diagrams of Medium Carbon Multicomponent Alloy Steels

摘要:

提出了一种以计算若干相关的相变关键点来有效观测和建立中碳合金钢等温相图的新思想，实验结果表明，该方法不仅可以通过精确计算Ｂ２温度从而而准确预测两条ｃ是的峰谷位置，而且在预测较多元、以及在较大的合金含范围内预测中碳合金钢的等温相图上有较大优势，同时，该思想对设计新的多元合金风提供了十分有效的预测手段。

Abstract:

A new predicting methodology for the time temperature transformation diagrams of medium carbon multicomponent alloy steels is proposed. Some critical transformation points used to model the time temperature transformation diagrams of multicomponent alloy steels are given as a function of alloy chemistry. It has been found that the bay between two C curves(pearlite and bainite) can be predicted correctly in terms of a precisely calculated B s temperature. The commercial application potential of this approach to the design of new multicomponent alloy steels is also discussed in detail
