    应用穆斯堡尔谱,透射电子显微镜分析测定了FeCrCoVTiW永磁合金最佳磁性状态下的2相成分α1相为78Fe-5Cr-17Co,α2相为13Fe-80Cr-7Co;相对量α1相为0.71,α2相为0.29。该合金的穆斯堡尔谱可以分解为8套亚谱,其中7个铁磁性亚谱属于合金中脱溶的α1相,它的平均超精细磁场约为24.6MA/m,一套顺磁性亚谱对应于合金中基体的α2相。按单畴粒子理论讨论和计算了该合金矫顽力。

    Abstract:

    The strong magnetic phase size and its magnetic properties in FeCrCoVTiW permanent alloy were measured by Mssbauer spectrum and transmission electron microscope. The compositions of the two phases in the alloy were analyzed. The components of the 1 phase is 78Fe5Cr17Co, the components of the 2 phase is 13Fe80Cr7Co. According to the single magnetic domain theory, the computed value of coercive force of the alloy is approximately consistent with the experimental value, and the high coercive force value is resulted from the magnetic moment turn in the single magnetic domain of the alloy.
