时效温度对Al-9.0at%Li合金反位原子缺陷的影响

摘要:

应用微观相场法,计算Al-9.0at%Li合金沉淀相中的反位缺陷Al_Li和Li_Al随时效温度及时间的变化的规律。在相同的时效温度下L12 结构的Al₃Li相中反位缺陷Al_Li和Li_Al随时效时间的进行逐渐减小,且在富Al环境下Al_Li反位缺陷的浓度高于Li_Al,在Al₃Li相中以Al_Li为主,同时存在少量的Li_Al。当时效温度发生变化时,时效温度越高,在Al₃Li相稳定形核后Li_Al、AI_Li反位缺陷的浓度越高,在达到平衡浓度前也具有这个特点,但是规律性并不显著。

Abstract:

The microscopic phase-field method was employed to study the antisite defect in Al-9.0at%Li alloys with aged time and tempture. At the same aged tempture, the antistie defect Al_Li and Li_Al in Al₃Li phase which is L12 structure gradually reduced as the aged time wore on. Under Al-rich condition, the concentration of Al_Li antisite defect was higher than the the concentration of Li_Al antisite defect. In Al₃Li phase, the antistie defect was mainly about Al_Li, and with a few of Li_Al. Then the aging temperature changed, after Al₃Li phase nucleation stable, with the tempture higher, the concentration of Al_Li and Li_Al antistie defect were higher. Also had the characteristics before the nucleation stable, but the regularity was not remarkable.
