    本研究采用高温高压工艺制备WTi10合金。采用电子探针、扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射等研究制备技术对合金致密度及微观组织的影响,尤其是合金中的相演变特征,评价靶材对合金相的要求,并据此获取优化的制备工艺。研究表明,温度是制备WTi10合金致密度的主要影响因素,合金的致密度随温度升高而增大;温度高于1250℃合金中为完全固溶生成的体心立方β相,其中主要包含W颗粒、富钨β(W,Ti)及富钛β1(W,Ti)三种成分;钨钛合金靶材要求其中富钛相β1越少越好,富钨β(W,Ti)相占比也不宜过高,则其加工温度应该≥1400℃且≤1500℃,保压保温时间则与加工温度成反比关系,加压压力≥15MPa。

    Abstract:

    High temperature & high pressure were used for the preparation of WTi10 alloy. The density and microstructure of alloys were analyzed by Electron Probe Microanalysis, Scanning Electron Microscope and X ray diffraction, especially the evolution of phase. In addition, effect of phase differences on sputter target and the optimal processing parameters were researched. The various effects on preparation of WTi10 alloy were studied. The results indicate that temperature was most important one. The density of alloy increases with temperature. When the temperature was above 1250℃, the microstructure was mainly consisted of β phase with body-centered cubic. In which were the W particle, β phase of W-rich solid solution and β1 phase of Ti-rich solid solution in microstructures. Sputter target have demand that the less of β1 phase and β phase, the better. As a result, the optimum processing temperature was between 1400℃ and 1500℃. The time of high temperature & high pressure processing was inversely proportional to its temperature. And then, pressure exceeds 15 MPa was required.
