    摘要:

    研究了不同晶粒尺寸的纯锆(Zr)在酸、碱、盐环境中的腐蚀性能。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和电子背散射衍射探针对纯Zr的微观结构进行观察。采用电化学腐蚀试验和浸泡试验分析纯锆的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:800 ℃退火不同时间可获得尺寸为 4~32 μm的纯Zr,晶粒尺寸与时间的关系为D3-D03=3.35t。电化学腐蚀和浸泡腐蚀试验表明,晶粒尺寸约为24 μm的纯Zr(800 ℃退火20 h)具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能。

    Abstract:

    The corrosion properties of pure zirconium (Zr) with different grain sizes in acid, alkali, and salt environments were studied. The microstructures of pure Zr were observed by optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer, and electron backscattered diffraction probe. The corrosion resistance of pure Zr was analyzed by electrochemical corrosion test and immersion test. Results show that pure Zr with grain size of 4–32 μm can be obtained after annealing at 800 °C for different durations, and the relationship between grain size and annealing duration is D3-D03=3.35t. The electrochemical corrosion and immersion corrosion test results show that the pure Zr with grain size of about 24 μm (annealing at 800 °C for 20 h) possesses the optimal corrosion resistance.
