Abstract:PW, BO, OP three series of binders containing ten different constituents and ten corresponding binder -powder mixtures were prepared. TGA-DTA thermal analysis was used to investigate binder and feedstock properties. The results show that in the binder system, organic polymer component and content have a great influence on the thermal properties of binder and feedstock such as binder melting point, decomposition temperature degradation curves. The thermal behavior can exactly determine the debinding way and process of the binders.
