Abstract:In this article, the effect of cool deformation on NiTiCr super-elastic was studied by measuring its resume rate and stretching experiment . The results show that the different cold deformation has evidence influence on the super-elastic of NiTiCr. The elastic increases obviously with the increase of the deformation when the cool deformation is over 27%. However, when the deformation is over 33%, the elastic is no more change. The mere cool deformation can not make NiTiCr to exhibit non-line super-elastic entirely. The dependence of the stability of elestic on the bending cycles is also discussed.
