Synthesize and photocatalytic performance of Ag/BiVO4 composite nanofiber

Abstract:

_{: A series of Ag loadedAg/BiVO4 composite nanofibers were synthesized through electrospinning and heat treatment process. The phase structure, morphology and photocatalytic performance were tested. The result shows that Ag loading can significantly enhance the photocatalytic activity. RhB can be completely degraded in 20min under visible light irradiation of 10% Ag loading. The heterostructure promoted the charge separation as well as the lifetime of the photo generated electron and holes, resulting in the enhancement of the photocatalytic activity.}
