    Abstract:

Thermecmaster-Z thermal processing simulation machine was used to conduct isothermal compression tests on Ti60 alloy, and the flow curves of the alloy were obtained under the conditions of deformation temperature 700 ~ 950℃, strain rate 0.001 ~ 10s-1 and true strain 0.51. The flow curves of Ti60 alloy were corrected by considering the effect of friction and heating on flow stress. The results show that the effectof friction and heatinghas significant influence on the flow stress of Ti60 alloy. The influence of friction increases with the increase of strain, while the influence of heating increases with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of strain rate. The flow curve presents flow steady typeafter correctingby the effect of friction and heating, which can more accurately reflect the dynamic response of the flow stress of Ti60 alloy to the true strain.
