    摘要:

    随着海洋工程的快速发展,水下焊接技术的研究与应用已成为海洋工程建设的关键。本文简述了水下焊接的分类及其特点,重点分析了水下环境、焊接材料、焊接工艺对水下湿法焊接质量的影响规律,介绍了焊接过程原位观测方法和外加辅助手段在水下湿法焊接领域的应用,总结了送粉/送丝两种方式的水下局部干法激光焊接研究成果,介绍了不同水深下水下干法研究进展,分析了水下搅拌摩擦焊接领域研究成果。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of marine engineering, the research and application of underwater welding technology has become the key to marine engineering construction. In this review, the classification and characteristics of underwater welding were briefly described. The influence of underwater environment, welding materials, and welding process on the quality of underwater wet welding was analyzed. The application of in-situ observation method and external auxiliary means in the field of underwater wet welding was introduced. The research results of underwater local dry-laser welding with powder feeding/wire feeding were summarized. The research progress of underwater dry method under different water depths was introduced. The research results in the field of underwater friction-stir welding were analyzed.
